strange screen "distortion" -only in outlook switching views

didn't know what other phrase to use but figured a picture is worth a thousand words - so see attached. Happens intermittently, only in outlook, only when switching views from one inbox to another. But the attached is what I get and just wondering what if anything can be done about it. Only lasts a second, strangely, only occurs switching from the inbox of one email account to another, but only in one direction, when I switch back, doesn't happen. Anyone have any hints?

That is a strange problem, likely a sync issue with Outlook updating the screen. The blame probably belongs with your Outlook installation. You could un-install and re-install Outlook (should not lose any data), if you don't want to just wait and see if it goes away.
