surface book 2 keeps losing connection with gpu

hi

I am having a issue when i am using my GPU it suddenly disconnects for some reason. As result of that, the program i am using at the moment will crash or worse i get a blue screen of death. I've had this problem last year when i bought the SB2 and now its happening again. i am not sure if Microsoft is aware of this problem right now since i dont see any SB2 owner complaining online.
