Surface Book Keyboard & other Issues

Hi there,
I ran into several issues.

1. out of the sudden, my keyboard stopped working, sometimes it does. The USB port works though.
2. during startup all Keys have backlight, when in Windows none.
3. when trying to reinstall Windows, I get this error (see attachment) how to solve this?

You need to do a firmware upgrade....known issue. Here's the link to download.
