Recently, my Surface Pro 4 froze while I was watching a video and it wouldn't turn off until I forced a shut down by holding the power button. Now it won't turn on at all and also periodically heats up. I've tried holding the power button down, two button reset, using different chargers, and nothing is working. I know it's not completely dead as i can hear the fan turn on occasionally when the laptop becomes too hot.
Any other possible solutions I could try? And is there a reason why my SP4 keeps heating up randomly?
