I had to reload my Surfacebook as i was having problems with ping latency (ping latency would climb up to 400ms during the day) so speech was broken/garbled on my softphone/teams (obviosuly unusable). Tried so many things to resolve (new WiFi router, updated drivers/firmware, un-installed AV etc etc. Nothing worked. All other devices on my network get ping responses of less than 5ms.
I got fed up last night and tried to reload from the recovery options, but it failed so built a USB pen drive and did a fresh load of Windows 10. My question is, where can i get the built in surface software from? Pen configurator, diganostics, face id software etc? I have already installed the MS driver / firmware pack from the website.
