Recently got a Surface RT 64 Gig used.

Already tested it plugged for a long time, no result. The light on the charger is lit...

Hard reset, no success....

Could it be that the battery need to be changed, or something else ???

try a factory restore, if that doesn't work then it sounds like the seller sold you a defective Surface RT... battery might be shot...

I tried multiple ways to to a factory reset. volume down with power buton etc.. but that doesn't works. Is there a another way to do it ? PS : No cover keyboard. Tablet only :S
