does anyone have any ideas on how to upgrade power-shell or wmf to version 5

i get an error saying that it wasn't compatible with this version?

Did you verify that .Net 4.5 is enabled on the machine?

Yep, it was installed (Windows 8.1), but thought it might require some part of it to be activiated / installed also. I enabled everything related to .NET 4.5 and yet still the same problem?

I am not sure of Surface Pro 3 has somehow a limited version of windows installed?

Anyone?

Did you download the x64 MSU? It installed without issue for me...

Yep...downloaded the x64 Preview and it installed without issue....
