Sorry but what I find funny is how everyone is complaining about there not being enough apps in the store and the minute it goes down for a week and everyone is panicking a bit LOL

Try this:
Go to device manager.. Network adapters.. right click on Marvel Avastar Wireless
choose Disable
Reenable

I just checked and the Store is working fine for me (in the UK).

For what is worth mine is working -- for now in So. California.. It's been up, down, up, down, up, down constantly since last weekend for me..
