This might be a general windows 8 issue, but well, I've only experienced it on the sp3 with an onscreen keyboard.

How do I add custom words to the dictionary? Whether you agree with it or not, if I try to type a four leffter word beginning with F, then it takes many taps and corrections to make it say the word I mean, and not duck. This goes for many words though. I can't press space to make it ignore its suggested alternatives, if I tap the screen to cancel its suggestions, then press space, it auto corrects it anyway. Pretty much makes on screen typing an absolute pain. Why can't I just press add to dictionary like I can do on all other operating systems?

Also very interesting that Microsoft specifically made this a feature on Windows Phone 8.1.... (warning- swear words ahead...)
