9/15 FIRMWARE

Is the firmware also gonna be available for windows 8.1? Since the last months firmware was only available for windows 10 surfaces but not windows 8.1.

Mine failed to install too. And now its not showing up again to reinstall. Any ideas?

I had to reboot twice for the it to finish installing the Firmware.

This "Firmware" is actually a driver update for Windows 10, so it not applicable do Windows 8....

Any idea what we can check to determine if it's actually installed? The dates listed for the items under Firmware in Device Manager have not changed on mine.

As you can see after sleep, the IRQ/Interrupt issue is NOT fixed. Great. Now my image doesn't want to upload... grrrr

This happened to me as well. Failed to update, and no option to reinstall. Anything we can do?

Mine did the same thing then it finally downloaded again on its own and installed. Ive noticed a major increase in battery life when in standby!!!
