I got my Surface Pro 3 i3 yesterday and so far, so Great! I almost didn't get one. I originally ordered the i5 version last week through the Microsoft store, but Microsoft and UPS royally botched up the shipping. I ended up having Microsoft contact UPS and return the package and issue me a refund. I all but convinced myself that I wasn't getting a SP3, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. So, I went to Best Buy and with a Military discount, I got the SP3 i3 with the type cover for $10 difference from what I was paying for the i5 without the keyboard, plus I got 10% rewards for using a Best Buy card.
I am very happy with it so far. I have the Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 with the i3 and I much rather the SP3. I had to jump through hoops to get the Dell to work correctly, with SP3, I turned it on, signed into my account and I was rolling!
