So I bought a Surface Pro online through the Microsoft website and I finish the setup process, till I try to log in.
I try to log in with the facial scanner - nothing. With the Pin - nothing. With the password - nothing. I have no idea what's going on and I keep getting signed into a temporary profile. For the record I've never actually gotten into my profile but am 100% sure the passwords were right, and yes I've tried restarting it.
