Disable "activate from standby" does not work

I unchecked the Checkbox, see Screenshot. Then I switch to standby. When I press a key, the Surface starts again. Why it does not work?

Well, you should have that selected. Anyway, I think that Microsoft has the setting to wakeup the device when you press a key hidden somewhere else.

I understand. Unfortunately as far as I know there is not any way. Lets see if anyone else knows away, who knows.
