Has anyone had their Surface engraved?

I'm interested in having my Surface Pro engraved with my contact information when I get it in case it gets lost. I'm wondering how the casing would handle this and also if it would affect the warranty in any way. Has anyone tried this yet?

Haven't heard of anyone engraving a Surface. I would expect the engraving to penetrate through what I believe is anodizing on the surface of the case. Not sure on the affect to the warranty. I would suggest checking with Microsoft first to see if it would void the warranty.
