moving music and pictures bewteen accounts

In an ongoing effort to to get my Desktop PC and SP3 looking and acting the same way I need to move things from my old Windows user ID to the one that I created for my SP3. To complicate things I did not use the picture or music folders in my PC user account, I created new folders instead. SO my question is how do I combine users?

OneDrive may be of great benefit here; I have all of my data in OneDrive, and my SP3 settings are saved there as well. When I boot up a new computer with my MS ID, I am asked if I wish the new computer to be created in sync with an existing machine. If you have your SP3 set up the way you want and have the settings and data saved, you could refresh your desktop (assuming it has Win 8.1 running) and it will become an exact copy of your SP3.
