SP3 Incorrect Time on Wake up

I am loving most things about my SP3 since getting it a few weeks back... except one thing. When I wake it up from being a sleep the time has frozen or it's incorrect. I've seen this problem with Windows 8.1 reported in forums but no fix has worked for me. Do you think it's a software (W8.1) thing or is it something more serious like an SP3 CMOS battery problem that will require a replacement?
