Surface Pro in Movies and TV Shows

I noticed what appears to be a Surface Pro in the Supergirl TV show.

During the show, it just appeared to be used like a laptop with none of the special writing features.

Has anyone else noticed any Surface Pros working their way into movies or tv shows? If so, which ones and how was it used?

I've been finding that wherever there is a Surface Pro, there has been a Surface 3. Flash, Arrow, Agents of Shield, etc...
