It's the ECS/EliteGroup EZ-30 Tablet running Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005. Powered by a Transmeta Crusoe processor.

I still have my Xoom tablet. Poor thing doesn't get used much these days. Was wondering what to do with it just the other day.
The Surface has replaced it and my poor ol' Xoom is feeling so lonely and unloved now.

Found it eventually. Its a HP 320LX with 4MB of storage/RAM. Yes that 4MB was shared! Loved it all those years ago.
