Solved Windows Live Mail and Surface

I was just looking at my email client on my Android phone. Under settings there is and check box marked delete email from the server and under advanced setting for my account there is a section that says delete email from server and my setting is never. Otherwise if i opened the email and deleted it on my phone it would delete on my phone and on the POP3 server. I have my email set to not delete on ALL Devices. I have to go to the server WEBMAIL.brighthouse.com and delete the emails manually. If I don't and I run over my email space i don't receive emails and I get a message no matter which client I use.
