I introduce myself. I'm Samuel, I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 and since I bought it, I have the same problem. Normally I suspend it and I don't usually turn off the device, because from the beginning when I turn it off completely, when I press the power button it doesn't react, sometimes it has taken days to turn it on again and this last time, it hasn't turned it on again. I'm going to send it to Microsoft support, because it's under warranty, but I wanted to know if anyone has had that same problem. Thanks
