IE10 site compatibility

If you go to theonion.com, navigate to the videos section then to tech videos. Can anyone else consistently get those videos to play on the surface? I've noticed other sites that seem to have problems with IE10, such as online ordering from Hungry Howies and Jets Pizza. Kind of disappointing that sites that work perfectly fine on a desktop computer do not work properly on the surface.

I've found a number of sites that are not fully compatible the Win RT and the Surface. I'm hoping that ongoing updates will cure these problems.
