Preorder confirmation

Hello Surface friends!

I preordered my first Surface Pro 2 256 GB from UK yesterday, order finished successfully and the last page said they are processing the order and will let me know soon. Sadl I didn't receive any confirmation mail yet and the order is not even listed under my Order history in my MS online store account.

Is that normal, or should I call to make sure everything is allright?

I got the email fairly promptly, but it took a while for it to show up on my account.

Had the same problem. Logon to billing.microsoft.com and see if it is there, if not, it has nto gone throuh and you have to do it again.

I believe it takes up to 48 hours to show up?
