srttrail.txt error

Hello everyone,

I have just received a used Surface Book 2 with 1TB SSD which is they're highest end model and I had a little issue turning it on via power button but didn't as it was intermittent so I decided to do a Startup Repair and this came up:

C:/windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt

I have tried all the guides out there but am not having any luck. Can someone let me know if you have run into this issue? I have completely reset and it still appears.

It seems like a clean install is in order. The error message shows that your Surface could not completely return to the state of a previous restore point.
