bt mouse not connecting

I have refreshed my pro and installed 8.1 via store. I'm trying to connect the sculpt comfort mouse but gives me error, tho it sees the mouse.

Have you applied all the Firmware Updates? I believe on had updated Wireless Drivers.... including Bluetooth.

yes, everything is updated.

Look in Device Manager and remove the device from there and remove all the drivers and then try to repair the device.

I have a Sculpt mouse too, and I have driver version 14.19.24044.150 (19/9/2013)

You can find the latest Marvell AVASTAR Bluetooth Radio Adapter driver in the Surface Pro 2 Firmware and Drivers pack. Unpack the package and manually install the BT drivers on your SP1

thanks. but no difference, now it doesn't detect the mouse often, but detects devices not even in the house!

Looks like a kind of BT cache. Try uninstall

uninstall alone didn't work, should i delete files also?
