Hi! New Surface user having issues with cursor(s)

For some reason, my SP4 has a weird issue where it will use win7 loading cursors, then switch back to 8.1/10 mouse cursors. Under settings, I have confirmed that its supposed to use 8.1/10 cursors only. I also have gone through device manager and updated my mice/etc but all the drivers are supposedly up to date. Anybody else having this bug?

Are you referring to an hourglass rather than a blue circle? I've not yet seen any issue with the cursor itself.

You lost me. I can't see a problem there.

For some reason, the cursor is following Win7 design principles when it says its supposedly using Win10's cursor set. skeuomorphic vs metro design, so the cursor kind of breaks the experience.
