Running into an issue with Surface Pen when annotating (inking) in either Microsoft Word 2016 and/or Excel 2016. When touching the pen to the screen and making an annotation, the document is marked in a completely different area of the screen nowhere close to where the pen is touching the screen. In other words, touching the screen with the pen at the bottom of the screen makes the annotation at the very top of the page. This issue does not occur in PowerPoint 2016 or OneNote 2016 and occurs both on a Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 4 using different pens, batteries replaced, etc. Anyone experiencing this problem?
